The Air-Tech FlightPass is our most unique travel option. It is good for space-available travel on select airlines and charters. The beauty of the Air-Tech FlightPass is low price coupled with unrestricted region-to-region travel. Give us a 4 day departure window when you are available to travel, and we will fly you from a major departure city to a major destination city. Your particular flight will depend on what's available during the time you want to fly.

Here's how our FlightPass option works. You can do everything online!

Step 1.
Select your Departure Region and then choose your Preferred Destination. Your Preferred Destination is a preference for where you want to go. Your exact destination will depend on availability during the time you want to fly. If your Preferred Destination is unavailable at the time you want to fly, you can either wait or you may fly somewhere else in the region. Follow the links and provide the requested transaction information in the Air-Tech Secure Buy E-Forms.

Step 2.
Please provide a Departure Window in the Air-Tech Secure Buy E-Form. Your Departure Window is simply a four (4) day period when you'll be ready to fly. Your Departure Window can be extended and FlightPasses are good indefinitely. Keep it in a secure place as you would any valuable.

Step 3.
As soon as we receive your online order and confirm your payment through our Air-Tech Secure Buy system, we will send your Air-Tech FlightPass via Express Mail.

Step 4.
Your Air-Tech FlightPass will be issued with a Contact Date to call us for your flight options. Your Contact Date is the Wednesday before your Departure Window begins. During this call-in, an Air-Tech Travel Associate will provide you with flight options within your Departure Window.

Step 5.
Go to the airport with your Air-Tech FlightPass in hand. Exchange your FlightPass for a boarding pass. Bon Voyage!

Additional Info.
Once boarded, you will be treated no differently from any other passenger. You are allowed two pieces of luggage for check-in, as well as one carry-on bag. When meals are served on board, you can eat too. We ask that you not make an issue over collecting frequent flier mileage. At these rates, the airlines don't have anything left to give up. The following goes without saying: Please conduct yourself respectfully at the airport, otherwise you forfeit your rights as an Air-Tech passenger.

What if, by some chance, the plane sells out when you are at the airport? We are in contact with carriers and will provide you timely updates for other flight(s). Call us.
