Airtech Ltd. provides transportation on a region-to-region basis. Regions may include the Northeast USA (NY/NJ, DC/Balt., etc.); the Southeast USA (Fla.); Midwest (Detroit, Chicago, etc.); and the West Coast USA (California, Washington); Western Europe; the Caribbean, Mexico & Hawaii.
We'll offer you, the passenger, transportation and if we fail to do so, will refund only those monies paid by you to Airtech; you agree to waive any claim against us for any damages beyond this amount. PASSENGERS MUST BE PRESENTABLE. BOARDING WILL BE DENIED FOR VIOLATING BASIC STANDARDS OF CONDUCT, CLOTHING OR CLEANLINESS.
Our service can be canceled but with a $25 penalty each way for California to/from Hawaii or $50 to/from everywhere else; you agree that should you decline any flight(s) offered from a regional departure airport to a regional destination airport, the payment is only refundable minus a $50 penalty. Declining any flight releases Airtech from responsibility of providing transportation. FLIGHTPASSES, HOWEVER, REMAIN VALID FOR FUTURE FLIGHTS AT FULL FACE VALUE FOR ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. PLEASE NOTE: ONCE AN E-TICKET IS ISSUED & CONFIRMED IT IS 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.
In accepting these conditions, you waive any claim against Airtech for personal injury, property damage, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity. Any disputes must be adjudicated in the State of New York. Finally, you are responsible for necessary travel documents and all other requirements (e.g., vaccination, passport, visa, etc.).
